If a trip is canceled by Sri Mahalakshmi Travels due to unavoidable reasons, passengers will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
6. Delays & Route Changes
Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or road situations beyond our control.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
8. Non-Transferable Tickets
Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the passenger whose name appears on the booking.
